Hassle-Free Returns

Shanghai Watch offers a 14-day window to request a return, counted from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition in which you received them: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase as it will be required.

Once we approve your return, a return shipping label and detailed instructions will be provided. Packages sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are exempt from returns. This includes perishable items (such as food, plants, or flowers), custom or personalized orders, and personal care products (including beauty items). Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For any questions about specific products, please contact us.

Please note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.


Exchanges

The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original purchase. After your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union Cooling-Off Rights

If your purchase is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. Items must remain in the same condition in which they were delivered: unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
